Direct Ferries Connect adds live chat to B2B travel agent ferry booking portal

Direct Ferries Connect is excited to announce the introduction of a live chat feature for travel agents using the travel agent booking portal. Travel agents can now engage in real-time conversations with Direct Ferries’s customer service team. This new feature will significantly enhance communication for travel agents, especially when dealing with booking-related questions and other inquiries that require a more immediate response.

The travel agent booking portal allows travel agents to book ferry tickets on behalf of their customers for over 4,400 routes and 260 ferry operators worldwide. The travel agents can compare rates, deals and make bookings with no integration needed. Leading travel agents like TUI and Lufthansa City Center are using the portal to book ferry crossings.
