Direct Ferries Expands B2B API – Now 260+ Ferry Operators Bookable

Direct Ferries, the world’s largest ferry ticket booking platform, has announced a major upgrade to its B2B API, making it easier than ever for partners to access 4,000 ferry routes across 260+ operators.

🔗 Seamless Integration for Travel Agents & OTAs

The Direct Ferries B2B API allows travel agents, OTAs, and travel tech companies to sell ferry tickets through a direct connection to DirectFerries.com. Since its launch in 2020, only API-connected ferry operators were bookable. But now, with the introduction of Virtual Inventory, partners can also book ferries that do not have a direct API connection.

🚀 What’s New in the API Update?

Access to 260+ Ferry Operators – The API now supports both direct and Virtual Inventory bookings.
More Route Options4,000 ferry routes worldwide are now instantly bookable.
Flexible Integration – Travel partners can choose whether to enable Virtual Inventory, as it follows a different booking flow than API-connected ferries.

This enhancement ensures that more ferry routes are accessible to businesses, helping them provide seamless ferry booking experiences to their customers.
